Technical Support Specialist with ERP Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Nuevo León, Mexico. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to customers, analyzing inquiries to solve problems and develop plans to resolve complex issues.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a high volume of service tickets while prioritizing critical issues. You will also act as a liaison between end-users and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of ERP software, particularly Epicor 9, Vantage, or Vista. Experience with financial business flow knowledge, including AR, AP, and General Ledger, is also essential.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will be expected to provide feedback to our product team to drive continuous improvement of our product suite.
Requirements- Customer Service Experience: 2-3 years (preferably in a call center environment)
- ERP software experience (preferably in Epicor 9, Vantage, or Vista)
- Financial business flow knowledge and experience (including AR, AP, and General Ledger)
- Inventory/Work In Process
- Financial Reporting/Statements
- General Ledger account reconciliation
- Job Costing
- Fix Assets
- Multi-company consolidations
- English proficiency (both oral and written)
The salary for this position is estimated to be $25,000 - $28,000 per month, based on industry standards and market conditions. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including company parking, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, vacation time, meals allowance, and referral program.
Location & EducationThis position requires relocation to Nuevo León, Mexico, or the ability to relocate before starting. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a minimum of 1 year of Accounting Finance experience, 1 year of ERP software experience, and 1 year of Customer Service experience.
