We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist at Tyr Rewards.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their customers, addressing concerns, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless experience within our loyalty and rewards platform.
- Guide users through the process of using our platform, explaining features, rewards, and loyalty programs effectively.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as technical support and account management, to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and contribute ideas to improve our platform's usability and functionality.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and find appropriate solutions to various issues.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and understand the functionality of our loyalty and rewards platform.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, providing timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays to cover peak customer service hours.
