Business Development Manager, Marketplace

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving growth for our sellers.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and prospect high-potential merchants
- Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets
- Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts
- Provide business insights, training, and advice to optimize merchant success on Amazon
- Work closely with new merchants to educate them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
- Fluent English language skills
- Pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and data analysis
