Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Energy Assets Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enrolling assets in REC programs and incentives, monitoring asset performance to maximize earnings, and collecting money and incentives from RECs.
Key Responsibilities- Enroll assets in REC programs and incentives
- Monitor asset performance to maximize earnings
- Record and report results to obtain incentives
- Collect money and incentives from RECs
- Create reports on financial and sustainable performance
- Work with internal teams and external vendors
- Review asset performance on digital platforms
- Keep information updated in the management system
- 5 years of experience in the energy industry
- Operational and managing experience with collective incentives and RECs for renewable assets
- Demonstrated hands-on experience
- Ability to oversee asset incentive collection programs for a portfolio to maximize revenue
- Skill in revenue management and collecting incentives
- Proficient English
- Valid visa
- Salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 with superior benefits
- Based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico
- Hybrid work: 2-3 days from home per week
- Potential international travel
- Flexible hours to work across different time zones
