We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Allianz Partners. Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and handle customer inquiries and issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Achieve individual quality and productivity targets, contributing to overall team KPIs.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or a related field.
