Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Contact Center Representative to join our team at Maersk. As a key member of our Global Service Center, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service via inbound and outbound calls, resolving last mile delivery logistics problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the logistics journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve complex customer issues related to last mile delivery logistics
  • Coordinate communication between customers, delivery teams, stores, and warehouses
  • Meet customer service KPIs targets
  • Demonstrate loyalty to Maersk's Core Values and Character
Requirements:
  • English language proficiency (C1 level required)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of contact center experience (retail industry knowledge a plus)
  • Customer service and/or direct call handling experience
  • Last mile logistics and/or transportation industry knowledge preferred
Technical Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Sel-motivated and independent work style
  • Ability to work successfully across organizational lines
  • Good verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and provide precise details
  • Organizational and time management skills (multi-tasking and prioritizing)
