About the Role:
  • We're looking for a proven professional with 8+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C SaaS Customer Success, who has led teams working with small and mid-market accounts for at least 4 years.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong management skills to build a disciplined and engaged remote team, with experience hiring and working with LATAM teams.
  • A strong background in CRM, data integration, digital marketing, and Google Analytics is essential, along with the ability to communicate and influence C-level customer stakeholders.
