About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading a nationwide sales team, and establishing productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to meet sales targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager with a track record of success
- Experience managing high-performing sales teams and driving business growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
