About the Role

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our channel organization, you will play a critical role in driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Business Plans: Collaborate with Account Directors to create and execute business plans that maximize growth opportunities and ensure partners are well-positioned to deliver successful customer implementations and deployments.
  • Drive Partner and Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure partner and customer satisfaction, driving alignment between sales teams and executing with excellence across account planning and pipeline management.
  • Design Compelling Value Propositions: Develop and activate services based on emerging and established technologies, increasing revenue growth and liaising closely with product teams to innovate new solutions and GTM strategies.
  • Provide Clear Communication: Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with senior management and various stakeholders, building and maintaining activity of performance reports and activity dashboards.
Requirements
  • Experience in Channel Management: Proven experience in channel management, business development, or related roles within the enterprise software ecosystem and/or network security industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish languages.
  • Understanding of Local Market: Understanding of the local Mexican market and SP & GSI operating models is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Solution Development: Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution development, with excellent presentation, written, and overall communication skills.
