Job Title: Executive Support Specialist - LATAM
Location: Remote (Flexible Work Schedule)
Salary Range: Up to $1800 USD
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 05:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview: We are seeking an Executive Support Specialist to support the operations of our Chief of Staff and wider management team. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, operate with a sense of urgency, and manage multiple priorities with confidence. This role is crucial in ensuring that the leadership team is well-supported and able to focus on the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Assistance: Coordinate and manage internal and external projects, handle time-sensitive materials, and research new platforms and systems.
- HR Support: Assist with recruitment, pre-boarding, and onboarding, including preparation of offer letters, gathering new hire paperwork, and conducting regular orientations.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly as an intermediate Excel user.
- Previous experience in a role supporting executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills with scrupulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Professionalism and a strong work ethic.

- A degree, diploma, or certificate from a post-secondary institution.
- Unflappable in the face of deadline-driven work.
- A team player with a reliable and business-minded approach.
