  • Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as managing phone calls, updating databases, and responding to emails, all while maintaining focus and efficiency.
  • Problem Solving: Think quickly and find practical solutions when unexpected challenges arise.
  • Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, which includes not only scheduling meetings but also anticipating and organizing tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Project Management: Contribute to projects as a respected member of the team, utilizing strong project management skills to help ensure successful outcomes.
  • Computer Skills: Be proficient in common software tools, including Microsoft Office, and be able to quickly learn any other necessary technology or systems.
Requirements
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Required)
  • Executive administrative support experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Language Skills:

Fluency in English is required.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 05:00 PM (EST). Weekends when needed.
