Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Content Licensing

Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Content Licensing to lead our Financial Planning and Analysis team within the Warner Bros. Discovery Studios Center of Excellence. This role will be responsible for forming, growing, and stabilizing the FPA Content Licensing function, working closely with COE and business partner leadership to determine resourcing needs and organization structure.
Key Responsibilities- Work with COE leadership to execute transition plans and ensure timely delivery of planning responsibilities, including forecast preparation, submission, and budget preparation.
- Ensure timely delivery of reporting responsibilities, including preparation of actuals versus forecast variance reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization, with a proven ability to influence others and negotiate outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders for the execution of key initiatives, including global process alignment, continuous improvement, and implementation of planning and reporting best practices.
- Minimum 10+ years related professional experience, with at least 8 years' experience in a management position.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
- English language proficiency at a minimum of professional working proficiency.
- Advanced knowledge of, and experience with, financial planning, analysis, and reporting concepts, and EPM tools and processes.
- Experience managing large teams; commercial and media experience is a plus.
