Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Content Licensing Center of Excellence

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead our Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) team for Content Licensing within the Warner Bros. Discovery Studios Center of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute transition plans in collaboration with COE leadership.
- Ensure timely delivery of planning responsibilities, including:
- Forecast preparation and submission.
- Budget preparation.
- Deliver timely reporting responsibilities, including actuals versus forecast variance reporting.
- Provide analysis for the functional area of responsibility, including initial review and analysis of variance reporting.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team, focusing on professional and people skills, knowledge of the business, and team engagement.
- Partner with stakeholders to execute key initiatives, including:
- Global process alignment.
- Continuous improvement.
- Implementation of planning and reporting best practices.
- Effective change management.
- Other strategic business initiatives.
- Minimum 10+ years of related professional experience, with at least 8 years in a management position.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's degree in a related field a plus.
- English language proficiency, at a minimum of professional working proficiency.
- Advanced knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting concepts, and EPM tools and processes.
- Experience managing large teams, with commercial and media experience a plus.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
- Strong problem resolution skills, and a high degree of integrity, tact, and diplomacy.
- Effective communicator at all levels of the organization, with the ability to influence others and negotiate outcomes.
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills required.
- Position may require international travel.
