At Outreach, our mission is to empower businesses to achieve success through effective customer engagement. Our Customer Success team plays a vital role in ensuring our customers realize value from our platform, leading to long-term retention and growth.

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for providing proactive outbound engagements to our customers, driving product adoption and success. This role involves conducting one-to-many sessions, such as webinars and user groups, to educate and support our customers in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging one-to-many workshops, webinars, and user groups to promote customer adoption and usage of the Outreach platform.
  • Monitor customer health and identify potential risks of churn or contraction, working closely with internal stakeholders to mitigate these risks.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Renewals, and Customer Development Strategists to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive long-term retention.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support to ensure customer questions and needs are met, promoting self-service options and driving customer autonomy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, with a minimum of 3 years in a customer success role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of customer health, value, and retention metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and strong presentation skills.
  • Previous experience working in a SaaS environment and sales development role are preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.
