Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Fortinet. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, L2/L3 switches, and security products.
  • Experience in a technical support role in a networking/security company or equivalent education.
  • Strong English and Spanish skills, with the ability to speak Portuguese a plus.
  • Adaptable and flexible, operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Independent certification on security from SANS, (ISC) 2, ISACA, BS7799/ISO17799 a plus.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a technical support role in a networking/security company or equivalent education.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, L2/L3 switches, and security products.
  • Strong English and Spanish skills, with the ability to speak Portuguese a plus.
  • Adaptable and flexible, operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
