Job SummaryWe're seeking a seasoned Business Sales Director to spearhead our company's expansion and growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales and leadership.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain commercial relationships with external partners, driving revenue growth and meeting company objectives.
- Collaborate with our international team to design and implement best practices in sales, ensuring metric improvements and profitability.
- Own sales metrics for our software licensing and professional services offerings across various business units.
- Work closely with software business partners to generate new opportunities and support sales and account management activities.
- Contribute to the definition of future sales quotas based on financial and growth plans.
- Support account management activities, including relationship building and growth opportunity definition.
- At least 5 years of experience in the software services industry.
- Proven track record in a leading role in B2B sales.
- Full English professional proficiency.
- Ability to travel.
- Desirable: experience in ERP, iPaaS, or other B2B software, as well as B2B services and Oracle-NetSuite.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent customer focus, with the ability to build open and trusted client relationships.
