Job Description
Ceragon NetworksWe are seeking a strong individual to lead our Sales efforts in Mexico and Central America. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving new business, increasing business opportunities, and generating revenue from key strategic accounts.
Main Responsibilities:- Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales organization.
- Accountable for achieving the strategic objectives defined by company management.
- Foster close, cooperative relationships with peer leaders and other senior executives.
- Present and sell the Company's products and services to current and potential clients.
- Work on business development for existing accounts.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
- Responsible for accurate and on-time reporting, essential for organization effectiveness.
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Telecommunications, electrical engineering, or similar. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, as well as strong business acumen and selling and negotiating abilities.
