About the Role

Ceva Logistics is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Head to lead our Ground and Rail business in Mexico. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to define sales targets and ensure communication
  • Communicate product strategy and growth targets to the BD organization
  • Deliver product training to specialized Ground BD teams
  • Connect with BD teams to ensure target accounts and opportunity qualification aligns with product strategy and priorities
  • Lead business development for X border & Multimodal product in collaboration with product and aligned with tradelanes priorities
  • Promote up-sell across regions and across other products, especially CLB
  • Be the Voice of Customer to operations and escalate critical resolution items that represent a risk to the business within Ground & Rail product
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in logistics, business, or equivalent
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • 10 years' experience in Senior management within Ground & Rail
  • Proven track record in leading the development and implementation of Market business strategy
  • Experience of working across the region in different countries
  • Leading and developing teams in Ground & Rail
