Our Guadalajara, Mexico Team is expanding, and we're seeking experienced professionals to join our Helpware family as Customer Support Representatives.
Job Summary
We are looking for skilled individuals who can provide personalized, friendly, and informative support to customers, ensuring an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to learn quickly, and possess critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Learn and adapt to new workflows and processes as business needs evolve
- Address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide detailed product information, including sizing, fabric, and return processing procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with luxury brand knowledge and industry trends
Requirements
- 6-12 months of experience in a retail environment
- Fluency in English with strong writing skills
- Full-time availability
- Women's retail knowledge and expertise in plus sizing, fabrics, and return processing
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with luxury brands is a plus
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Reamaze/Shopify Plus is a plus
Estimated Salary Range: $30,000 - $40,000 per year
