About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our Sales team for the Electrification Business in Chihuahua, Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing product marketing strategies aligned with our global product strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local go-to-market product marketing strategies and manage all marketing activities;
- Support the sales organization in driving sales and services of respective products by providing relevant materials and resources;
- Define forecasts and prepare business/marketing plans focused on business development for DIN Rail Product & Enclosures;
- Evaluate and share customer research, market conditions, and studies of other companies;
- Drive sales efficiency by delivering product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for the sales team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor ́s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related;
- Three years of experience working in similar positions;
- Living or relocating to Chihuahua, Mexico;
- Sales Experience;
- Knowledge of Electrical products, Datacenters, Smart Building, BUILDING AUTOMATION O BMS (Building Management System);
- Experience with Microsoft Office;
- Advantageous: experience in SAP and Salesforce;
- Advanced English level;
- Availability to travel (60%).
Estimated Salary Range
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 USD, depending on qualifications and experience.
