Dynamic Sales Professional for Growth

Genesis Management LLC is a leading organization seeking a highly skilled sales representative to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for understanding the unique needs of potential clients and closing sales to meet company performance metrics.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills to overcome customer objections and provide an exceptional experience throughout the sales process. A strong grasp of sales processes and ability to multitask on the phone and working on the computer are essential for success in this role.
The salary for this position is estimated at $19,161.00 per month, with opportunities for bonuses and lucrative compensation based on sales performance. Benefits include unlimited sales bonus, attendance bonus, referral program, and a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm.
To excel in this role, you should possess fluency in English, both written and verbal communication skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of experience in sales and/or collections is also required, along with the ability to make 125+ calls a day in a call center environment.
A strong MS Office and typing skills are necessary, as well as customer focus, adaptability to different personality types, and capacity to maintain confidentiality. Leadership skills are a plus, and the opportunity to develop into a leadership role exists.
