About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Growth Manager to join our dynamic team at Uber Eats. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expansion of our restaurant partnerships across various cities in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with restaurant partners in your region by leveraging your prospecting skills and connections.
  • Take the lead in hunting new restaurants, using diverse channels and sales methodologies to bring in high-quality partners.
  • Negotiate contracts that set the stage for long-lasting and mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Clearly articulate the value of Uber Eats and showcase the latest products and solutions.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key partners, helping them grow their business.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed your monthly sales targets.
  • Work closely with Operations and Account Managers to onboard and activate partners efficiently.
  • Lead the way in sharing best practices and developing innovative solutions that elevate our sales processes.
  • Act as an ambassador for Uber Eats' mission, brand, and products.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of sales and people management experience in high-paced environments.
  • Proven track record in cold-calling and business development.
  • People management skills are mandatory; experience leading sales teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Expertise in prospecting and closing transactional deals.
  • Experience using CRM tools (like Salesforce) to manage day-to-day activities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing to drive partner success.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • A team-first mentality, self-driven with a positive attitude and passion for learning.
  • Ability to travel within your assigned territory.
