**Overview of the Role:**
In this pivotal position as a Strategic Account Growth Manager at Ingredion México, S.A. De C.V., you will be instrumental in driving business growth by developing and executing strategic account plans that meet budgeted profit and volume objectives.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement account strategies to drive net sales and margin contribution growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of account plans.
- Analyze account data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Buuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at customer sites.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B industries.
- Proven track record of growing revenue and expanding market share.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, MBA preferred.
