Business Center Sales Manager

Regus is seeking a Business Center Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, manage client relationships, and oversee the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and mentor sales staff to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the sales team.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
