Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Protein Processors team at Custom Culinary. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets aligned to our Long-Range Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new sales opportunities and formulate effective sales plans.
  • Lead a High-Performing Sales Team: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to maximize their potential. Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Achieve Annual Operating KPIs: revenue, profitability, and portfolio transformation. Monitor sales performance against targets, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Retention and Acquisition: Trigger portfolio transformation aligned to the LRP and segment strategic posture. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the customer base with new poultry, meat, and seafood processors both locally and abroad.
  • Penetration and Innovation: Lead and intentionally use of core and new capabilities to deliver innovation, transform portfolio, and improve profitability.
  • Industry and Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Engineering (desirable). MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 10+ years' experience in the Protein segment (meat, poultry, fish, and alternative proteins).
  • Language Skills: Fully bilingual (English 100%).
  • Travel: 40%
  • Technical Skills: BI Tools: CRM, Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel.
