Global Forwarding Sales Professional

Job Summary:
C.H. Robinson is seeking a skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our Global Forwarding division. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our Global Forwarding services by securing new, profitable, and sustainable customers. Your responsibilities will include revenue generation, conducting face-to-face sales meetings, presenting supply chain improvement recommendations, and closing deals. You will contribute to the overall success of the unit by achieving revenue targets and sharing insights and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer interactions and foster relationships to secure core and strategic customer opportunities
Utilize forecasting, business planning, and pipeline development to address customers' business challenges and supply chain goals
Deliver persuasive cases for change and develop tailored solutions to support customers' business strategies
Plan and conduct face-to-face visits with current and new prospective customers within the assigned territory
Influence customers to leverage automation and enhance process efficiency from day one of implementation
Collaborate with internal partners to develop customer pricing strategies and negotiate suitable payment terms
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 4 years of operations experience from a freight forwarder or outside sales experience
Willingness to travel within assigned territory, minimum 3-4 days per week
Fluent in English
