Business Overview:
Citi's Mexico Trade Operations is a key unit within the Global Trade Operations, with servicing responsibilities for a group of trade products supporting several Citigroup businesses. The organization supports Mexican clients as initiators of transactions to counterparties in other Global Regions, as well as completing transactions to our clients that emanate from Citigroup branches in other Regions.
Description of Role:
The Core Trade Operations Manager is responsible for managing the processes locally and through the various vendors in Tampa, Colombia, and Asian CSCs in partnership with the Trade Latam cluster CSC. The role actively engages with TTS business, Coverage, and other functions to provide strategic direction from a Core Trade Operations perspective, prioritizing technology innovation for Core Trade Operations and maintaining a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer services.
