About the Role
NTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider, and we are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role is responsible for providing technical support for hardware and software issues, as well as troubleshooting and resolving complex problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support for hardware and MS Office packages
- Offer advanced technical support for in-house applications and developments
- Answer technical support calls and escalate to other support groups as needed
- Support customers through email-generated requests or reports
- Document troubleshooting steps and detailed descriptions of customer incidents and requests
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with:
- 6 months of experience in Customer Service
- Advanced English language skills
- Able to work 22.5 hours per week and interested in working on afternoon/night shifts
- Experience in IT environment
