About the Role

The Cloud Partnership Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue for Amazon Web Services Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V. in the Latin American region. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, identifying new business opportunities, and developing joint business plans to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned partner accounts and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Define and deliver specific services and bundle offerings to meet partner needs.
  • Forecast sales and up-sell other services to penetrate new territories.
  • Optimize allocation of marketing development funds and resolve financial challenges with partner accounts.
  • Work across high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed team leadership to drive business results.
  • Use data to problem-solve and track results through continuous improvement.
  • Think and act creatively to leverage resources and manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.

The partner development team is composed of a group of diverse strategic thinkers that put strategy into action while executing on high growth business objectives. Business developers work hand in hand with Solutions Architects, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Entrepreneurs to drive business results.
