Snow Account Manager

The Diaz Group is seeking a highly skilled Snow Account Manager to join our team. As a Snow Account Manager, you will be responsible for contacting snow and ice professionals to negotiate contracts for snow and ice removal services. You will also manage client and subcontractor contract operations, ensuring seamless execution of services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer and subcontractor communication to ensure effective contract execution
- Procure subcontractors for unassigned projects to meet customer demands
- Measure sites when necessary for sales and customer contract management
- Manage subcontractor company compliance and service compliance
- Manage service schedules and generate work orders as needed
- Manage third-party service reporting systems and time sheets
- Approve customer invoicing and manage AP coding
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, specifically Gmail, Excel/Google Sheets, and Word/Google Docs
- Excellent client relationship skills and organizational skills, including attention to detail and accuracy
- Dedicated to providing high-quality customer service and teamwork
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to operate independently, under pressure, to perform multiple concurrent tasks and responsibilities
- High level of commitment to customer service and teamwork
- Telephone skills and excellent verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work both independently and in a team atmosphere
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 or more years of Account Management or customer service-related experience
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
The work environment is dynamic, with a moderate noise level. The role requires flexibility, including working varied shifts, including weekends, and may involve working in different time zones.
