Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our Commercial team in Monterrey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering sales and market share objectives by creating competitive advantage and superior presence for P&G brands in retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team responsible for executing sales strategies at retail stores.
  • Develop and maintain superior relationships with Store Managers to successfully sell and execute P&G's in-store vision.
  • Provide Account Executives with excellent retail execution of P&G brand plans.
  • Communicate competitive activity in P&G categories to the team's Account Executives.
  • Work with customers to optimize and continually improve current retail operating systems.
  • Share and apply retail operations insights that improve P&G results within the team.
