**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our team in Jalisco - GDL (Metropolitan Area). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and customer relationships.

**Job Responsibilities**

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining customer relationships, and negotiating prices, costs, delivery, and specifications with buyers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Contacting customers to discuss their overdue payments and meet with them virtually or during sales visits
  • Demonstrating and presenting products to potential customers
  • Opening new business accounts and tracking monthly sales performance
  • Negotiating and monitoring accounts on a daily basis
  • Identifying outstanding accounts receivable and taking action to encourage timely payments
  • Resolving billing problems and customer credit issues

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • +5 years of experience dealing with customers
  • An administrative or engineering degree
  • Advanced English skills
  • Soft skills such as leadership, communication, planning, results orientation, honesty, and transparency
