Job Title: Sales and Business Advisor Sr

Location: Central Office - Santa Fe

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Advisor Sr to join our team at Goodyear. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for advising and managing customer accounts to achieve sell-in/sell-out goals, ensuring profitable mix and volume targets.

Main Responsibilities:


• Advise and manage customer accounts to accomplish the sell-in/sell-out goals, ensuring profitable mix and volume targets to meet/exceed company targets.


• Support credit and collection activities to maintain a healthy financial relationship.


• Develop business opportunities to support company growth.


• Evaluate customer needs and suggest proactive business solutions, promoting reliable and long-term relationships with customers.


• Plan, develop, and support business strategies in terms of price, mix, channels, promotion, and product portfolio.


• Promote sell-out, following business priorities.


• Active collaboration, resolving and preventing Credit & Collection issues.


• Keep an open and frequent communication with the customers, to favor win/win business.


• Keep technical knowledge updated, demonstrating to be an expert in GY products and processes, adding value to the customers' business needs.


• Analyze market data to support sales and marketing actions, developing a data-driven-oriented focus, being able to detect and capture improvement opportunities.


• Develop long-term relationships. Specific for Peru: Supports ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF16949 as it requires.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, and related courses. MS Office, capable of making analyses in Excel, Power Point presentations.


• Desired: MBA or similar.


• Required: 3+ Years of Sales experience. Desired: Previous experience in Tire and/or Retail Market.


• Sales and Marketing skills.


• Target focused and planning development.


• Business acumen.


• Teamwork skills.


• Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
