We lead the way in innovation, helping drive HP's Digital Transformation and improvement in Sales processes through our Channel Partners.
Employee Experience Program Manager RoleThe Employee Experience Program Manager will collaborate with Human Resources, Learning and Development teams, and Leadership to design, develop, execute, and close employee experiences that empower employees to be agile, adaptable, and resilient throughout their journey.
This role also supports the communication of related experiences and contributes to enhancing the communication framework around experience programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Define training programs aligned to our organization's agreed-upon roadmap for an engaging employee experience.
- Design content and development methodology for such programs.
- Determine the deployment approach by proposing creative tools and methods for implementing and rolling out employee experience programs.
- Evaluate program success using effective tools.
- Analyze feedback to improve training content and program structure.
- Communicate effectively with program participants on training materials, tools available, schedules, etc.
- Able to inspire individuals across multiple initiatives to deliver a common objective.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- High levels of verbal and written communication skills to simplify complex topics.
- Bring and propose best practices to optimize and maximize employee experiences.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment to determine appropriate action.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, passion, and positive attitude.
- Problem-solving, positive thinking, creativity.
- Flexible, self-starting, independent thinker with high personal integrity and energy.
- Management of Change and project management skills are an advantage.
- Fluency in English.
- Related experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources roles.
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in business operations, business process improvement, change management, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no experience.
The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
