We're looking for a skilled Support Analyst to join our team and work with a U.S. entertainment company. As a Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for handling service request tickets for various security and software tools, including LastPass, Password Management from Anywhere, IAM, ProofPoint, NPE, and Wiz.

Main Responsibilities
  • Fluent English language skills
  • 2+ years of experience as a support analyst
  • Ability to handle service request tickets for at least 1 or 2 of the mentioned security and software tools
  • Understanding of incident management, ticket creation, and security aspects
