Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate market opportunities and target accounts to drive sales growth
- Develop a bilateral sales strategy for our products, including air, sea, and land transportation
- Benchmark industry standards to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare and follow up on call reports to ensure seamless communication
- Elaborate and transmit quotations to clients in a timely manner
- Coordinate strategic procurement activities to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Oversee all trade-related sales activities to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Design and execute consignee sales campaigns to drive revenue growth
- Prepare monthly status reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions
Your Profile:
- At least 4 years of experience in Field Sales roles in Freight Forwarding or Forwarding
- Advanced English language skills (B1 level) are required
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to drive data-driven decision making
- Ability to solve complex problems, resolve issues, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
