Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with a passion for the transport and logistics industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining new customer relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and presenting and promoting our products and services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the road transport and logistics industry.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals through effective account management and relationship-building.
  • Promote and present Charger Logistics' products and services to potential clients, highlighting our unique value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and execution of sales orders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • 3 years of proven track record in sales and account management in the road transport and logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
