253 KONE Mexico S.A. de C.V. is seeking a skilled Salesperson for New Business Solutions to join our team in Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage customer relationships to identify new business opportunities and close deals that meet customer needs while maximizing KONE's order book profitability.
  • Develop and execute customized sales strategies to support the needs of architects, general contractors, and other customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize technical knowledge and commercial expertise to analyze customer needs and develop effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in operational and/or commercial construction background within the elevator or construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical-Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
