Electrification Segment Lead

This role reports to the Commercial Director. Your key responsibilities include leading marketing and sales activities related to products, systems, and services within the focus on Mining, Metals & Minerals, Pulp & Paper, and Food & Beverage segments. You will develop business plans for top target accounts, grow the NEMA and IEC portfolio, and define target segments to focus on with OEMs in each region. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and implementing a market-based strategy, including direct, third-party, and project sales, and enhancing cross-division and cross-region business-led collaborations for the specific market segment. The work model for this role is #L-onsite. This role contributes to the ELECTRIFICATION team and stakeholders. Your key accountabilities include leading segment team members, reinforcing global sales efficiency and performance, building relationships with key external influencers and customers, driving knowledge sharing and cross-division and cross-country collaborations, and activating operation intelligence, benchmarking, and analysis to identify industry segment trends, practices, product gaps, competitor strategy, etc.

Qualifications for the Role
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, Automation Engineering or related.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales for Mining, Metals & Minerals, Pulp & Paper segments.
  • Experience with electrical products within the OEM's, NEMA & IEC market.
  • Knowledge in channel development and collaboration with sales in the INDUSTRY and OEM'S market.
  • Demonstrated experience in management of customer accounts and sales strategy for electrical equipment.
  • You are easy to communicate in English in an advance level.
  • You have a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
