We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Power and Train Traction segment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of account plans and growth actions to drive business growth.
- Set and Achieve Sales Targets: Define sales targets for the account and ensure they are achieved through a structured follow-up process.
- Provide Solutions: Offer solutions to customers that meet their volume, mix, and profitability targets.
- Competitor Monitoring: Monitor competitor activity and take appropriate action to maintain market share.
- Process Standardization: Drive the application of standardized marketing and sales processes and tools.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales for Power and Train Traction segments.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with electrical products within the Power and Systems and electromobility market.
- Channel Development: Knowledge in channel development and collaboration with sales in the Power and Systems and electromobility market.
- Customer Management: Demonstrated experience in managing customer accounts and sales strategy for electrical equipment and/or motors and drives.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborative, solution-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
- Language: English Advanced Level.
