Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Power and Train Traction segment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of account plans and growth actions to drive business growth.
  2. Set and Achieve Sales Targets: Define sales targets for the account and ensure they are achieved through a structured follow-up process.
  3. Provide Solutions: Offer solutions to customers that meet their volume, mix, and profitability targets.
  4. Competitor Monitoring: Monitor competitor activity and take appropriate action to maintain market share.
  5. Process Standardization: Drive the application of standardized marketing and sales processes and tools.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering or related field.
  2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales for Power and Train Traction segments.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Experience with electrical products within the Power and Systems and electromobility market.
  4. Channel Development: Knowledge in channel development and collaboration with sales in the Power and Systems and electromobility market.
  5. Customer Management: Demonstrated experience in managing customer accounts and sales strategy for electrical equipment and/or motors and drives.
  6. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborative, solution-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
  7. Language: English Advanced Level.
