Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at Elotouch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

  • You will partner with our LATAM Sales Account Managers to identify and pursue high-value opportunities.
  • Conduct pre-sales activities, including qualification, lead management, discovery calls, product demos, and level 1 technical presentations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure successful project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed sales revenue targets for the product line.
  • Manage inbound leads, initial lead qualification, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Prioritize and distribute leads to Elo team members.
  • Assist in industry research, analytics, and high-potential opportunities.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years in a sales/technical support role in the hardware/software industries.
  • Experience working within a revenue quota and commission structure.
  • Technical presentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of key operating systems, including Android, iOS, Linux, and Windows.
