Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Client Experience Team as a Customer Experience Specialist - Index Solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional support through various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience
- Analyze client interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
