Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Account Manager to join our Inside Technical Account Management team in Mexico or Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building trusted advisor relationships with Nutanix customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a single point of contact and customer advocate
- Provide direct access to Nutanix business functions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships
- Demonstrate technical acumen in Virtualization and Data Center IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Monitor and mitigate potential issues in customer deployments
- Conduct regular operational reviews and health checks
Requirements:
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
- 5+ years of enterprise datacenter environment experience
- 3 to 4+ years of virtualization expertise
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in enterprise storage or networking
- Extensive technical expertise in datacenter infrastructure
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
- A collaborative and supportive team culture
- No travel requirements, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional results while being based in either Mexico or Brazil
