About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Account Manager to join our Inside Technical Account Management team in Mexico or Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building trusted advisor relationships with Nutanix customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of contact and customer advocate
  • Provide direct access to Nutanix business functions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships
  • Demonstrate technical acumen in Virtualization and Data Center IT infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Monitor and mitigate potential issues in customer deployments
  • Conduct regular operational reviews and health checks

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
  • 5+ years of enterprise datacenter environment experience
  • 3 to 4+ years of virtualization expertise
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • 1 to 3+ years of experience in enterprise storage or networking
  • Extensive technical expertise in datacenter infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
  • A collaborative and supportive team culture
  • No travel requirements, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional results while being based in either Mexico or Brazil
