Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive base salary of $60,000 plus uncapped on-target sales commissions. Additionally, you will receive a monthly car allowance plus gas reimbursement, hybrid remote work opportunities, business casual dress code, paid time off, free employee dental and vision benefits, medical benefits, and a 401K plan.

Job Description: As an Enterprise Sales Consultant at Intermex Wire Transfer, you will execute established business growth strategies and objectives to drive volume through new and existing customers. Your responsibilities will include generating new revenue sales by zip code, prospecting and adding new business in underserved zip codes through in-person sales to SMB local businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new revenue sales by zip code
  • Prospect and add new business in underserved zip codes
  • Deliver product presentations by demonstrating industry-leading suite of products and money transfer services
  • Improve current Agent relationships by exceeding expectations about regular sales calls, quarterly business reviews, and presenting solutions
  • Proactively manage all prospect data in CRM
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to leverage cross-selling opportunities and maximize product offering and profit
  • Meet and exceed lagging key performance indicators, sales call activity, wire sales targets, agent activation targets, and gross margin sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bilingual Spanish is a must
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years of proven B2B, SMB territory sales experience
  • Experience with retail network supermarkets and or Money Transfer trade is highly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have your own vehicle & car insurance

Work Environment: You will travel 90% of the time. Our work environment is hybrid, remote work available, depending on the position.
