About Sur

Our client is a fast-growing organization seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Professional to join their team. As an SDR, you'll be a key player in their strategy to connect with hiring organizations looking to grow their workforce.

Key Responsibilities

You will prospect and generate leads for account executives by showcasing how the company helps employers recruit students and graduates of top business schools, law schools, colleges, and universities.

The ideal candidate will meet and exceed monthly quota goals tied to appointments booked, quickly qualify leads, and set up meetings between prospective clients and Enterprise Account Executives.

Requirements

Ambitious and self-motivated individuals with comfort in a quota-carrying environment are encouraged to apply. Previous sales experience and excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills are essential.

Candidates should have experience working with CRM systems, be able to build rapport and establish relationships, and demonstrate patience when dealing with potential clients.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $1,500 - $2,000 USD + commission, totaling $2,700-$3,200 USD OTE. Flexible work hours and location are also available.
