Sales and Marketing Director

This role is responsible for leading the Sales & Marketing department at Accor Hotels, driving strategic sales and marketing activity to maximize revenue potential and optimize business across all market segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve annual performance targets.
- Drive sales for corporate, leisure, and MICE markets, building and developing relationships with industry partners, clients, and tourism organizations.
- Lead and motivate a dynamic and professional team to deliver results.
Requirements
- Exceptional commercial sales and marketing experience, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Previous luxury hospitality knowledge and experience.
- Dynamic leadership skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to apply analytical skills in a dynamic environment.
