Retail Hair Sales Director Leader

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales function in Mexico, driving revenue growth and market share across both professional and retail segments.
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to join a global leader in hair care and color as a key member of our Mexico leadership team. As Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies to achieve company goals, leveraging market insights and customer trends.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, salons, and retailers to maximize sales opportunities. Collaboration with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams is essential to ensure seamless alignment and execution of go-to-market strategies.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the sales organization across both professional and retail channels, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve company goals, leveraging market insights and customer trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, salons, and retailers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of go-to-market strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience leading large sales teams in the beauty, hair care, or cosmetics industry, ideally within both professional and retail sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets in a fast-paced, competitive market.
- Deep knowledge of the professional hair care industry, including key trends, products, and distribution channels.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including salons, distributors, and retail buyers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
