**Key Responsibilities**
• Collaborate closely with product owners to guarantee the availability of necessary assets, configurations, and related attributes within the Asset and Configuration Management Database.
• Stay up-to-date on railroad operations that may impact customer operations and the level of service provided to the customer.
• Lead efforts to identify the root cause of service failures.
• Facilitate the identification of service improvement opportunities.
• Establish relationships with the Operations, Sales and Marketing, Service Design, and Revenue Management teams.
• Have primary customer contact in the KCS manifest network and possess a peripheral understanding of the intermodal network.
• Embrace the use of systems, such as the CRM New Salesforce to register all customer transactions and Amazon Connect (calls systems), which are essential tools for registering all customer interactions and meeting efficiency and productivity targets.
• Work collaboratively with cross-training and support cross-functional activities across all CPKC NSC Centers to support customers (internal and external).
• Demonstrate KCS Vision, Values, and Culture in interactions with coworkers, business partners, customers, and stakeholders.
**Requirements**
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a job-related major field of study.
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual, with proficiency in English and Spanish.
**Working Conditions**
• Shift work is an essential function of this job. Employees must be able to support critically important railroad operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, working various shifts as assigned. Schedule assignments may include after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
• On-call responsibilities are an essential function of this job. Employees must be able to support operations of critically important systems and/or processes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On-call assignments may include after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
• This position may require minimal travel up to 10% of the time.
