The Director of Sales position at SLS offers a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic sales team in maximizing revenue for the hotel. With a proven track record of sales leadership and growth, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business results.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as Director of Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue goals
- Ledning and managing a team of sales professionals to maximize revenue potential
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This is a salaried position with benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in hospitality or related industry
- Proven track record of sales growth and revenue increase
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
