Job Description

Acensblue is seeking a highly motivated and technically well-versed Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a geographically diverse sales region and interacting with customers to understand their requirements and sell high-end goods or services that meet their interests.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales channels, including manufacturer's representatives, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), end users, and other strategic alliances.
  • Assist in the sales process by educating representatives, consultants, and others through group presentations, face-to-face meetings, and trade shows.
  • Identify marketing opportunities by analyzing consumer requirements, defining market share, and forecasting projected business.
  • Improve product marketability and profitability by researching and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, emissions requirements, and common practices in the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, electrical, mechanical, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales, especially in industrial heating systems.
  • Driver's license and availability to travel.
  • Advanced English language skills.
